Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations for a 600+ bed student housing community Lead and develop onsite leasing and facilities teams, driving accountability and service Manage budgets, reporting, and operational performance in partnership with regional leadership Drive occupancy through strong leasing execution, including mid-year and transfer leasing strategy Maintain a light relationship with ground-floor retail tenants, focused on cleanliness and operational standards

Qualifications

Student housing experience required (GM experience preferred; strong progressive AGM considered) Proven ability to lead both leasing and maintenance/facilities functions Strong communication skills with ownership/regional partners and a proactive operating style Genuine commitment to living and working in Honolulu (relocation candidates welcome with clear commitment)

Perks
