Role Description The SVP Digital Assets is a full-time remote executive role responsible for setting and executing the company’s digital asset strategy across platforms, products, and data ecosystems. This role oversees the design, management, and optimization of digital channels, including websites, customer portals, data platforms, and digital content related to solar solutions. The SVP leads cross-functional teams to drive digital innovation, enhance customer experience, and ensure secure, compliant handling of digital information and IP. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with technology, marketing, product, and operations teams to align digital initiatives with business goals, monitoring digital performance metrics, and evaluating new tools and technologies. The SVP also manages vendor relationships, budgets for digital programs, and governance frameworks to support scalability and reliability of all digital assets.

Qualifications

Experience leading digital strategy and asset management at a senior or executive level, ideally in energy, technology, or manufacturing. Proven background in overseeing digital platforms, data ecosystems, and customer-facing interfaces, with a focus on usability, security, and scalability. Strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams, mentoring leaders, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture. Ability to use data-driven decision-making, including setting KPIs, interpreting analytics, and prioritizing initiatives based on measurable impact. Familiarity with digital governance, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property considerations for digital assets. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, including experience presenting to boards or senior leadership. Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, digital media, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is beneficial. Interest in clean energy and sustainability, with the ability to connect digital initiatives to the company’s mission and customer needs.
