The Role Gather requirements, design solutions, and provide configuration support across the recruit-to-hire employee lifecycle. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Technology, and business stakeholders to drive technology solutions for global hiring. Analyze existing talent acquisition systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Configure, design, and implement solutions across various talent acquisition platforms. Develop functional design documents and use cases tailored to candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred. 5+ years of experience in HR technology/business systems analysis with a focus on Talent Acquisition applications. Strong expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT execution. Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
