Our client, a luxury jewelry brand , is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (West Coast - Retail) to lead full-cycle recruitment for its West Coast boutiques. This position recruits exclusively for retail stores, supporting all boutique roles, from sales and operations positions through Boutique Director. This is a remote position, with travel to West Coast Boutiques. The ideal candidate brings high-volume retail recruiting experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the judgment and maturity to work autonomously. This person will partner daily with the East Coast corporate office while building trusted relationships with boutique leaders across the West Coast.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for West Coast boutiques, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and hiring. Partner closely with boutique leadership and corporate teams to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and business goals. Build strong relationships with boutique teams through regular communication and in-person visits. Develop proactive talent pipelines for current openings and future hiring needs. Source and engage candidates through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Assess candidates for relevant experience, service standards, leadership capabilities, and alignment with the brand. Deliver a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Keep hiring managers and corporate partners informed of recruiting progress, market feedback, and hiring challenges. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success managing high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for retail stores is required. Experience recruiting across store levels, including store leadership. Luxury retail or jewelry recruiting experience is preferred but not required Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities across a geographically dispersed boutique network. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to advise and partner with hiring managers. Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently with accountability. Availability to collaborate daily with an East Coast corporate team. Willingness and ability to travel to West Coast boutiques.
