Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

• Recommend an efficient and effective recruitment process: from posting job openings, sourcing, reviewing and screening applications, conducting psychological testing, conducting interviews, background checking to onboarding new employees.

• Maintaining Application Training System and reporting recruitment report.

• Responsible for On Boarding Process, HR Orientation, Gather and Analyze Employee Feedback for achieving Employee Satisfaction.

• Coordination with HRBP to achieve Manpower fulfillment

• Responsible for leading and monitoring Talent Acquisition team performance to achieve fulfilment targets.

• Collaboration with recruitment agency to fulfill the target and build effective hiring.

Qualification Requirements:

• Must possess at least a College/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychological Science, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development or any equivalent course

• Must have minimum 5 years recruitment experience.

• Having at least 3 years minimum experience in Managerial Level

• Having experience in recruiting Technology, Data, Product, Commercial, Supply Chain area and Managerial Level Position.

• Having experience in startup / e-commerce industry are preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge in recruitment processes and strategies.,

• Strong Leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills

• Initiative, proactive, agile, and must be a team player

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
