Role Description The Talent Acquisition Partner is a full-time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting activities for technical and non-technical positions across the organization. On a day-to-day basis, this role sources and engages candidates, conducts initial screenings, coordinates interviews, and partners with hiring managers to define role requirements and make informed hiring decisions. The Talent Acquisition Partner develops and maintains talent pipelines, supports employer branding initiatives, and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This role also contributes to continuous improvement of hiring processes, uses data to track recruiting performance, and collaborates with HR and leadership to support workforce planning.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership. Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization across digital channels and enhancing the candidate experience. Ability to build and manage talent pipelines for technical and IT consulting roles, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or professional services environments. Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and social media platforms for talent sourcing. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, remote environment. Experience partnering with hiring managers to refine job requirements and improve interview and selection processes. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
