About the Role - OpenLoop is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner Lead to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. - Reporting to our Senior Manager, R&D Recruitment, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML and senior Engineering roles. - As a senior individual contributor, you’ll also share your expertise to strengthen sourcing, assessment, and closing across the recruiting team. - You’ll partner closely with technical leaders to understand hiring needs, map talent markets, assess candidates, and develop sourcing and closing strategies. - You’ll bring deep knowledge of the technical talent landscape and the judgment to adapt your approach to each search, from evaluating senior technical scope to navigating compensation and equity conversations. - Alongside your own searches, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for fellow recruiters, sharing expertise and providing practical coaching on sourcing, assessment, and closing. - This role has no direct reports; you’ll lead through your expertise, collaboration, and results.
