  • Prepare remote training environments, materials, participant communications, attendance tools, and facilitator resources before each program.
  • Coordinate remote new hire onboarding activities for all departments across the firm, including scheduling sessions, tracking required steps, distributing materials, and following up on outstanding items.
  • Respond to routine questions from employees, facilitators, and external participants in a timely, professional, and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and protect confidential employee, onboarding, and training information.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements that increase accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent or relevant post-secondary education in human resources, business administration, education, communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, follow documented procedures, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams; experience with Zoom and learning management or HR systems is helpful.

Work Expectations

  • Maintain agreed-upon working hours that provide sufficient overlap with the firm’s U.S. business hours for live training, onboarding, and team collaboration.
  • Attend virtual meetings and programs on camera when appropriate and remain available during scheduled working hours.
  • Follow firm policies, information-security requirements, documentation standards, and escalation procedures.
