This opportunity is geared toward tax professionals with strong experience across partnerships, S-Corporations, LLCs, closely held businesses, real estate entities, and complex ownership structures who want more exposure to planning and advisory work — not just compliance. About The Opportunity The client base includes privately held businesses, operating partnerships, real estate groups, professional services organizations, investment entities, and entrepreneurial businesses. Engagements Can Include Complex partnerships, S-Corps, and LLCs Multi-entity and tiered ownership structures Real estate partnerships and investments Closely held and family-owned businesses Partnership allocations and basis considerations Entity structuring and tax planning More Than Compliance Managers work directly with clients throughout the year on tax planning, structuring, transactions, and other advisory matters , developing long-term relationships with business owners and leadership teams. Senior Managers can take on increasing responsibility for client relationships, technical leadership, staff development, and practice growth, with a clear path toward Principal / Partner-level opportunities . THE ROLE Depending On Experience, Responsibilities May Include Managing and reviewing complex partnership, S-Corp, LLC, and closely held business tax engagements Overseeing engagements involving multiple entities and ownership structures Working directly with clients on tax planning and consulting matters Researching and resolving complex technical tax issues Identifying planning and advisory opportunities Mentoring and developing Seniors and Associates Collaborating with Partners and senior leadership on complex client matters What They're Looking For Strong public accounting tax experience Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager experience, or someone ready for the next step Significant partnership and pass-through entity experience Strong exposure to S-Corps, LLCs, and privately held businesses Understanding of partnership taxation, allocations, and basis Experience managing client relationships and engagements CPA or EA strongly preferred MST or advanced tax education is a plus Compensation & Highlights Base Compensation: $150,000–$190,000+ , depending on experience and level.
