About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing, tech-enabled CPA firm built specifically for startups and small businesses. The Role This is a newly created position on a lean, sharp team where your work actually matters. You will not be one of 200 seniors buried in a queue. You'll own your work, help build the process, and have a direct line to leadership from day one. All from home. What You Will Work On Federal and state tax compliance and review for a portfolio of startup and small business clients Primarily S-Corp and partnership returns, with some C-Corp work mixed in Review and sign off on returns prepared by junior staff Help build out tax processes, workflows, and best practices as the team scales Partner directly with bookkeeping and CFO service teams to deliver a seamless client experience What We Are Looking For CPA required, no exceptions 3 to 7 years of tax experience, ideally a mix of public accounting and in-house/private Strong S-Corp and partnership compliance background (1120-S, 1065, K-1s) Small business experience is a must, that's the bread and butter here / C-Corp = a plus Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and wants a seat at the table TO FORMALLY APPLY ... if you've gotten this far and are interested in the above role.
