Why Work For Us Nationally Recognized | Top 200 CPA Firm in the Country Big 4 / Top 10-Level Passthrough Complexity at a Mid-Sized Firm Direct Partner Access and a Real Voice in the Practice Defined Path to Senior Manager and Partner in a Remote Capacity Additional Generalist and U/HNW Roles Available What You’ll Do Lead tax engagements for a portfolio of complex S-Corps, Partnerships, and other passthrough entities, along with their owners Review federal and multistate returns for multi-tiered and multi-entity structures Advise on entity structuring, ownership changes, basis, allocations, and other planning issues Serve as a trusted advisor, identifying proactive planning opportunities and advising on transactions Partner with the firm’s specialty tax resources on complex or multi-jurisdictional issues Work directly with partners on client strategy and firm growth What We’re Looking For 6-15+ years of public accounting & tax experience Hands-on review experience with complex partnerships and S-corps (1065 and 1120S), plus related 1040s Experience with complex or multi-tiered structures and multistate compliance Familiarity with clients in Real Estate, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Construction, Retail, and/or Technology preferred Proven ability to manage client relationships Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field Active CPA, EA, or JD license
