Knowledge of Teamcenter modules such as Active Workspace, Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, BMIDE, and Reporting. Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting skills. Experience working in Agile and global delivery environments. Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead business architecture and solution design for Teamcenter PLM implementations and transformations. Engage with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and future-state requirements. Define end-to-end PLM processes covering Product Development, Change Management, Document Management, BOM Management, Configuration Management, and Program Management. Conduct business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and requirement elicitation sessions. Drive functional solution design and collaborate with technical architects and development teams. Define Teamcenter data models, object structures, workflows, access control strategies, and governance frameworks. Support migration, integration, and digital thread initiatives involving ERP, CAD, MES, and other enterprise systems. Provide strategic guidance on Teamcenter best practices, roadmap, and adoption. Create functional specifications, architecture documents, process flows, and user stories. Support testing, user acceptance, training, and deployment activities. Mentor functional consultants and lead customer-facing discussions.
