What you'll achieve

As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Dell Technologies' customers, ensuring they realize maximum value from their investments in Dell solutions. You will act as a bridge between customers and Dell's internal teams — including Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering — driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

You will:

• Build Trusted Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, aligning Dell solutions with customers' business and technical objectives.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor & Customer Advocate: Understand customer needs, provide strategic guidance, and represent the customer's voice within Dell to ensure challenges and priorities are addressed.
• Drive Customer Success & Risk Reduction: Lead regular business reviews, proactively identify risks, prevent incidents and escalations, and improve overall customer experience.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
• Provide Strategic Insights: Share customer feedback to influence product improvements, while staying current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Dell's evolving solutions.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or a similar customer-facing business role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions and leverage data to drive recommendations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Active security clearance is required, as this role will be dedicated to MOD customers.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field; native-level Hebrew and high proficiency in English.

Desirable Requirements

• Technical background or strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in Dell's solutions portfolio.
