They are looking for a Mandarin speaking Technical Support Engineer to support their off grid product portfolio. The role is remote based, with Elkhart, Indiana as the location reference, and occasional travel to customer or partner sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for off grid power products including inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and complete off grid systems Support customers and partners via phone, email, and online channels in both Mandarin and English Diagnose system issues, identify root causes, and propose effective technical solutions Support installation troubleshooting and system configuration for off grid applications Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and sales teams to resolve complex technical issues Travel to customer or partner sites when required for on site technical support or training Document technical cases, solutions, and best practices clearly and accurately Required Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English Must have full right to work in the United States.
