Interview Mode : Phone + Video Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer / Business Analyst to support technology implementation and system integration projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical documentation, business analysis, and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with engineering teams. Must-Have Skills: Strong experience in Technical Writing and Business Analysis. Experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, process flows, workflow diagrams, and integration guides. Hands-on experience gathering technical requirements from engineers and stakeholders. Good understanding of API integrations, JSON, XML, and SDLC. Experience supporting system implementations, gap analysis, and process improvements. Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, or backlog management is a plus. Important Requirements: Must be comfortable working with engineering and technical teams. Flexibility to collaborate with international teams across different time zones. Technical writing samples are mandatory for submission.
