What this job involves:

• Execute electrical installation, maintenance and troubleshooting works in compliance with EMSD regulations
• Perform routine inspections and Planned Preventive Maintenance for general Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and building fabric
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, reactive maintenance requests to minimize site disruption
• Monitor and inspect maintenance works carried out by external contractors to ensure quality and adherence to site guidelines
• Enforce compliance with all occupational health and safety protocols

Required Skills and Experience:

• Holder of REW License issued by EMSD

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or facilities management
• Good command of spoken Chinese and basic English
