Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot telecommunications, VoIP, unified communications, audio-visual, VTC, and conferencing technologies.
• Maintain collaboration platforms, conference room solutions, and end-user services.
• Perform testing, documentation, incident resolution, and vendor coordination.
• Support meetings, special events, technology upgrades, and modernization efforts.

Requirements

• Experience with telecommunications, unified communications, AV/VTC, or collaboration environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Poly, Webex, or similar technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
• Ability to support onsite and remote users.
