Job Summary Stateline Sports Group is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our Telephone Advertising Sales Department. This role offers flexible opportunities with both full-time and part-time positions available, including options to work from home. The primary focus is on engaging with clients over the phone to promote advertising opportunities for our publications supporting schools and nonprofit organizations. Candidates will play a vital role in helping organizations produce advertising-supported publications for their events and programs, leveraging their sales skills in a dynamic environment. Duties Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote advertising services and secure sales agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Understand client needs and tailor advertising solutions to meet their objectives. Achieve sales targets by actively engaging potential advertisers and presenting compelling proposals. Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and client information using company CRM systems. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding client base. Stay informed about industry trends, company offerings, and competitors to effectively position our services. Manage a flexible schedule that may include working remotely, ensuring consistent outreach and customer service. Experience Previous experience in telephone sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients over the phone confidently. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting sales goals. Ability to work independently in a remote or office setting while maintaining productivity. Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude during calls. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software or similar tools, are advantageous.
