Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Test Automation Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in software testing, programming, and automation frameworks and will work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and product teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career candidate to gain hands-on experience developing automated tests for enterprise applications and supporting modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts. Create automated tests for web and application functionality. Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing. Analyze test results and document defects. Work with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot application issues. Create and maintain test cases and test documentation. Participate in test planning and requirement reviews. Validate application functionality against business requirements. Support API and database testing. Execute automated test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines. Track defects and testing activities using enterprise tools. Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and product teams. Continuously improve test coverage and automation processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in software testing, QA, or test automation. Knowledge of software testing fundamentals. Programming experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. Understanding of automated testing concepts. Basic knowledge of SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication.
