Job DutiesTroubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing existing software applications to ensure reliable performanceDesigning, building, testing, implementing, and supporting new applications, enhancements, and modules within the assigned portfolio or service lineDeveloping a deep understanding of application functionality, operational workflows, and the policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business areas supportedPartnering with business owners, vendors, and Information Services & Solutions (ISS) team members to analyze complex requests, evaluate options, and recommend effective solutionsApplications Supported May Include (But Are Not Limited To):UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions)This role requires a self-directed analyst who is comfortable working independently, collaborating across technical and operational teams, and translating business needs into effective application solutions. This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence on-site at least 1-2 days per month, or as needed based on operational demands. Please note, travel to the "home office" location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary. Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $105,700 – $234,500 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary below the midpoint of this range.
