Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including algebra and statistics. Advanced English proficiency. Fluency in Excel or a programming language. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ⭐ Nice to have: Experience with ETFs, capital markets, or trading. Bloomberg experience and basic database querying skills. Background in back-office operations, engineering, programming, or technology. CFA or Master in Financial Engineering (MFE).
