Coordinate and schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments between buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties. Collect, review, and organize all required documents and disclosures to ensure the file is complete and compliant. Communicate regularly with all parties, including agents, lenders, title/escrow officers, and attorneys, to keep the transaction moving and flag issues early. Prepare and distribute contracts, addenda, and amendments as the deal evolves. Coordinate the closing process, confirming that final paperwork, funds, and signatures are in place to ensure the transaction closes on time.
