Role Description The Transformational Education Accountability Consultant is a remote role focused on supporting learners as they engage with Organic Abundance Empowerment Avenue's personal development and leadership curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding individuals through educational programs, helping them set and track goals, and providing accountability check-ins to support progress and transformation. The consultant will engage learners through virtual meetings, messaging, and community platforms, offering clear communication, encouragement, and practical strategies to sustain momentum. Additional tasks include gathering feedback to improve learning experiences, collaborating with the broader team to refine educational offerings, and maintaining accurate records of learner engagement and outcomes. This position is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about personal growth, able to work independently, and comfortable using digital tools to support a global audience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Consulting skills to guide learners and provide structured accountability. Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Education, including familiarity with adult learning principles and personal development methodologies. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear, motivating, and empathetic verbal and written communication. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support learners respectfully, manage inquiries, and foster a positive learning experience. Comfort with remote technologies, including video conferencing, online learning platforms, and digital collaboration tools. Demonstrated interest or experience in personal development, coaching, or transformational education. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and support multiple learners concurrently.
