Transitions Manager

Remote · Brazil Full-time

Who We Are In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It’s the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change. We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice. Who We Want Plan and coordinate advisor transitions from initiation through completion, ensuring projects meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate resources and stakeholders, manage multiple projects, resolve issues, and improve processes to support a consistent and efficient transition experience. What To Expect Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain transition plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource needs, and communications. Coordinate advisors, office staff, internal stakeholders, and third-party providers to execute activities and monitor progress, budgets, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Communication & Issue Resolution: Track task completion and communicate progress, deadlines, and changes to stakeholders. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations; help resolve issues and conflicting priorities, identify risks and scope changes, and develop contingency plans. Process Improvement: Develop and refine processes to streamline advisor transitions and strengthen the onboarding experience. Participate in post-transition reviews to identify lessons learned and apply improvements to future projects. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry required. Knowledge of project management processes, including planning, coordination, risk management, and reporting required. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and prepare reports and presentations required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook required. Familiarity with financial advisor office systems, such as GoldMine, Redtail, or Salesforce preferred. Ability to travel occasionally required. EEO Statement: In exchange for your expertise, we offer a base salary, bonus potential, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, and a great working environment. This is your chance to play a key role in the continued success of our company. Our culture is fast-paced, collaborative, innovative, and focused on healthy living.
