Travel Advisor
Company Description
Siren Shores Travel is a boutique travel agency founded by Rochelle Hicks, dedicated to crafting highly personalized, one-of-a-kind vacation experiences. Rather than offering standard travel packages, the agency focuses on designing trips that feel uniquely tailored to each traveler’s preferences and dreams. Siren Shores Travel emphasizes extraordinary, memorable journeys over ordinary, one-size-fits-all itineraries. Team members collaborate closely with clients to create travel plans that feel as if they were designed specifically for them, from initial concept to final details. Role Description The Travel Advisor is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing customized travel experiences that align with each client’s interests, budget, and preferred style of travel. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, researching destinations and accommodations, and arranging transportation, lodging, tours, and other travel services. The role involves managing bookings through travel agency systems, verifying details, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end trip experience. The Travel Advisor will provide ongoing customer service before, during, and after travel, resolving issues, answering questions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal and external partners, careful documentation of client preferences, and occasional after-hours support for time-sensitive travel needs are also part of the role.
