Role Description This is a remote contract opportunity for a Travel Booking Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will work directly with clients to design and coordinate personalized travel experiences from start to finish — understanding their preferences, recommending destinations, and managing bookings including flights, accommodations, cruises, and activities. You will also collaborate with travel partners, maintain client communication, and ensure each trip is well-organized and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budget Design customized travel itineraries based on client needs Coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities Provide recommendations and guidance throughout the planning process Maintain clear and professional communication with clients Manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation accurately Stay informed on destinations, travel updates, and supplier offerings

Qualifications
