As a Vacation Planning Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for your client, from their very first inquiry until they return home with memories that last a lifetime. What You'll Do: Plan and manage all aspects of client travel (flights, accommodations, cruises, car rentals, event tickets, and more) Build tailored itineraries and vacation packages based on each client's needs, budget, and preferences Communicate regularly with clients, travel suppliers, and team members to coordinate logistics and build lasting relationships Complete required certifications and participate in ongoing training to stay current on travel trends and destination knowledge Collaborate within a supportive team environment while maintaining the independence of running your own book of business What We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you genuinely enjoy connecting with people Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines independently Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and online messaging Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn online booking platforms Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently A computer/smartphone and reliable internet connection Experience That Helps (But Isn't Required): Sales, consulting, or customer service experience Background in travel, hospitality, tourism, or reservations Familiarity with travel reservation systems Compensation: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity that is 100% commission-based.
