We are expanding our remote travel support team and seeking detail-oriented professionals to assist with itinerary coordination and client reservations. As a Travel Specialist you will support clients in planning and booking travel arrangements while providing professional, organized service in a fully remote environment. Structured onboarding and ongoing team support are provided.

Responsibilities

Help families choose vacation destinations, resorts, and activities. Coordinate bookings for accommodations, transportation, and excursions. Provide recommendations for family-friendly experiences. Manage reservations, documentation, and payment processes. Maintain clear and supportive communication with clients.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Comfortable working remotely and independently. Interest in family-oriented travel planning.
