ssential FunctionsPerform checkout, startup, and testing of BMS DDC controllers supporting a variety of mechanical systems within data centers and other critical facilities.Perform checkout, startup, and testing of EPMS graphics and monitoring systems supporting electrical infrastructure and power distribution systems.Provide consistent communication, project updates, and status reports to Project Leads and Project Managers.Coordinate directly with customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders while maintaining a professional presence on-site.Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with project closeout activities.Develop and follow Method of Procedure (MOP) and Change Management (CM) documentation.Execute BMS commissioning activities, including pre-functional, functional, and integrated systems testing.Execute EPMS commissioning activities, including pre-functional, functional, and integrated systems testing.Perform maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and system support on active BMS and EPMS installations within operational data center environments.Support multiple concurrent projects across the United States.Work within highly secure customer environments while adhering to client-specific security procedures and protocols.Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsAssociate degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent industry experience, or a minimum of three years of hands-on automation and controls experience.Experience working with BACnet, Modbus, and third-party systems integration preferred.Strong understanding of building automation, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.Solid understanding of computer operating systems and networking fundamentals.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Project management software experience is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Willingness to travel approximately 50% to project sites throughout the United States.
