Travel to clients' locations, including homes, offices, hospitals, or other designated places, to facilitate notarization for a range of documents such as real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, and loan agreements. Verify identities and certify documents in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public commission. Legal knowledge, witnessing experience, mobile notary training, communication skills, and professionalism is essential. Experience in Legal or Administrative Roles: Previous experience working in legal, administrative, or customer service roles can provide valuable insight into witnessing legal documents and interacting with clients.
