This opportunity is ideal for someone currently working in fashion buying, styling, design or merchandising who has a strong understanding of the U.S. fashion market and would enjoy taking on a flexible, part-time engagement alongside their existing work. You will play an important role in identifying emerging trends, translating them into commercially viable styles and providing creative direction for our monthly collections.

Key Responsibilities

Forecast upcoming U.S. fashion trends and consumer preferences. Curate and develop 30-50 commercially viable styles every month. Identify trending silhouettes, fabrics, colours, prints, trims and design details. Track trends across retail brands, social media and emerging fashion labels. Create structured monthly trend reports and style edits. Provide feedback and creative direction on upcoming collections. Conduct competitor research and market analysis. Collaborate remotely with our team to refine product and collection direction. Who We're Looking For Someone currently working as a Fashion Stylist, Buyer, Assistant Buyer, Fashion Designer or Merchandiser. 1–3 years of relevant experience in the fashion industry. Strong understanding of U.S. fashion trends, retail brands and consumer preferences. A good balance of creative sensibility and commercial understanding. Ability to identify trends and translate them into sellable products. Highly organised, independent and comfortable working towards monthly deadlines. Why Join Us?
