Responsibilities

• Secure loads for drivers using load boards, broker relationships, and internal routing strategies.
• Negotiate rates with brokers and/or shippers to maximize profitability.

• Communicate professionally with drivers, carriers, and brokers.

Qualifications

• Dispatcher101.com Certification or equivalent dispatcher training (Required).
• Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, logistics coordination, or reputed company field is preferred.
