About The Role We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Web Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and user experience, with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web applications and platforms. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centered solutions that enhance overall user experience. Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design roles, preferably focused on web applications or websites. A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Certifications in UI/UX design or related disciplines are advantageous. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects that demonstrate problem-solving skills and creativity in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with development teams. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to inform design decisions. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical requirements include a computer with dual monitors, at least 8GB of RAM, a minimum internet speed of 25 MBPS, and a camera with at least 1080p resolution.

Responsibilities

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows, aligning with user needs and business goals. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centered solutions. Develop visual aspects of websites including color schemes, typography, and layout to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Design interactive elements such as buttons, forms, and navigation to enhance user engagement and usability. Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on user feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Ensure responsive design to provide seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes. Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all products. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously enhance skills and design quality. Benefits 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day work schedule.
