First Interview

An in-person interview with HR and the hiring manager, focusing on your experience, motivation, and cultural fit. 4

Assessment Phase

You’ll be asked to complete a personality assessment and prepare a short case relevant to the position. For some positions, we might also include a cognitive test. 5

Second Interview

A follow-up in-person interview with the hiring manager and an external consultant specializing in personality assessments. 6

Reference Check

Our HR team will contact your references as the final step before any offer is made. 7
