Hiring: UX Strategist (CRO) – Remote (US) We are looking for a data-driven UX Strategist (CRO) to join the team and drive measurable growth for major enterprise clients. This role sits directly at the intersection of data analysis and design, leading conversion-centric UX/UI strategies and testing roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end UX/UI conversion strategies and testing roadmaps (data-driven ideation, execution, and analysis). Conduct UX audits, heuristic reviews, user journey mapping, and information architecture reviews. Analyze web metrics, heatmaps, and user behavior data to translate them into actionable strategy reports. Facilitate usability studies, user testing, and qualitative research. Serve as the functional UX Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client communications. Qualifications & Requirements: 3 to 5+ years of experience in UX or website optimization/testing roles. Proven experience working with US-based clients and enterprise-level projects. Fluent English (written and spoken) is strictly required. Practical AI experience: You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should actively use AI tools in your day-to-day workflow (e.g., for research, data analysis, ideation, or documentation). Proficiency in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Hands-on experience with A/B and MVT testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.).
