Hansen Talent Group is seeking a UX/UI Designer with experience creating user-friendly, engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications. This is a hybrid position in Columbia, SC. The UX/UI Designer will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and design teams to create intuitive digital experiences that align with user needs and business objectives. Duties: Design user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, user personas, and visual designs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and task flow analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Gather user feedback and refine designs to improve usability and engagement. Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Apply UX/UI best practices and maintain consistent design standards. Qualifications: 2+ years of UX/UI or user interface design experience. Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and interface design. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, page layouts, typography, and graphic design. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting usability research. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
