Key Responsibilities

Analyze venture capital and corporate transactions and provide expert legal insights. Review and evaluate investment documents, including term sheets, share purchase agreements, and convertible notes. Assess corporate structuring, governance, and transaction considerations relevant to startups, investors, and established businesses. Explain complex legal concepts and transactional processes in clear, accessible language. Identify legal, regulatory, and compliance risks in sample scenarios and documentation. Review AI-generated legal content and provide constructive feedback to improve accuracy and clarity. Collaborate remotely with project managers and other contributors to maintain high-quality deliverables.
