Role Description The Vice President, Global Financial Products is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the strategy, design, and growth of WSIT’s financial technology and digital financial products portfolio. This role oversees end-to-end product management, from market research and concept development to launch, optimization, and lifecycle management for global clients. Daily responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, setting KPIs, managing product performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The role collaborates closely with engineering, design, data, sales, and marketing teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric financial solutions. The Vice President will also mentor product teams, manage key external partnerships, and stay current on regulatory trends and emerging technologies in global financial services.

Qualifications

Product Strategy and Product Management skills to define vision, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans for global financial products. Product Development and Analytical Skills to translate requirements into features, interpret data, and optimize product performance. Cross-functional Team Leadership experience to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, operations, sales, and marketing. Proven experience overseeing digital or financial technology products in a global or multi-market environment. Strong understanding of financial services, fintech platforms, and relevant regulatory considerations. Ability to operate in a remote, fast-paced setting with strong ownership, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience managing budgets, product P&L, and strategic partnerships is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an asset.
