Fulchester Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a confidential U.S.-based client for a Vice President, Growth Strategy. This is a senior, client-facing role for an experienced strategy professional who can lead growth engagements, advise senior stakeholders, identify commercial and customer-growth opportunities, and turn strategic priorities into practical, actionable roadmaps. The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in growth strategy, management consulting, commercial transformation, or a related field, along with strong executive communication, analytical judgement, and stakeholder leadership skills. The role also includes evaluating practical opportunities to apply AI-enabled workflows responsibly, with appropriate attention to business value, data privacy, quality controls, and human oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Lead growth-strategy engagements from discovery and stakeholder workshops through recommendations and implementation planning. Develop growth strategies, commercial improvement plans, and measurable performance objectives. Advise senior stakeholders and facilitate executive-level decision-making. Assess customer, operational, and commercial opportunities using relevant data and business insight. Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable roadmaps. Evaluate appropriate AI-enabled workflows and support responsible implementation. Partner with client stakeholders to align recommendations with practical business needs and delivery priorities.

Qualifications

At least 10–15 years of relevant professional experience, aligned with the final scope of the role. Demonstrated experience leading strategic engagements, consulting projects, or transformation initiatives. Strong commercial analysis, executive communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills. Experience developing growth strategies, commercial improvement plans, or customer-growth initiatives. Practical understanding of AI adoption, workflow improvement, and responsible implementation.
