Role Description The Vice President of Business Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading growth initiatives and expanding strategic relationships. This position oversees the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, including partnerships and high-value client segments aligned with the firm’s offerings. Daily activities include developing business plans, driving sales efforts, managing key accounts, and coordinating contract negotiations with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role also involves setting performance targets, forecasting revenue, refining go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with leadership to ensure business development efforts support the firm’s long-term objectives.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth in professional or financial services. Strong capabilities in Business Planning and strategic market analysis, including creating and executing growth roadmaps. Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, with experience structuring agreements that balance risk, value, and compliance. Account Management skills, including nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and operate effectively in a remote environment.
