Role Description The Vice President of Customer Success is a full-time remote role responsible for leading customer success strategies and teams to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention across Clariant Solutions’ client base. This role oversees the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through ongoing relationship management and renewal. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting customer success objectives, analyzing performance metrics, coaching team members, and collaborating with sales, operations, and product stakeholders to enhance customer experience. The Vice President will engage directly with key accounts to understand business goals, address escalations, identify growth opportunities, and ensure that Clariant Solutions’ services deliver measurable value. The role also involves refining processes, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and support sustainable portfolio growth for clients.

Qualifications

Strong customer success expertise, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills, with a track record of improving service outcomes. Experience in Client and Account Management, with a focus on Customer Retention and long-term relationship building. Background in Sales or revenue-focused roles, with the ability to identify expansion opportunities and support cross-functional growth initiatives. Proven leadership skills, including managing remote teams, setting performance goals, and developing talent in customer-facing functions. Deep understanding of financial services, mortgage or consumer debt portfolios, or related sectors, and the ability to translate complex concepts into client value. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with customer metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present to senior stakeholders and external clients. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
