Role Description The Vice President of Customer Success is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for driving long-term value and satisfaction across the bank’s customer portfolio. This role oversees customer success strategies for corporate, SME, and VIP clients, ensuring that products and services align with customer needs and business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading customer success teams, defining and tracking success metrics, improving onboarding and engagement processes, and collaborating closely with sales, account management, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience. The Vice President of Customer Success will build retention programs, manage escalation pathways for strategic accounts, and identify opportunities for growth and cross-sell based on customer insights. This role also involves regular reporting to senior leadership, recommending process improvements, and establishing best practices for scalable, high-quality customer success operations.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a track record of improving service quality and client outcomes. Strong background in Customer Retention and Account Management, including managing strategic accounts and building long-term relationships. Experience partnering with or leading Sales teams to align customer success initiatives with revenue, growth, and cross-sell objectives. Proven leadership in customer-facing environments, including building and mentoring high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting.
