Role Description The Vice President of Digital Marketing is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading Novem Invest’s digital marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees the development and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid media to grow and engage the investment community. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the digital marketing roadmap, managing brand messaging, conducting audience and market analysis, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support member acquisition and retention. The Vice President of Digital Marketing will guide content and communication plans, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and lead external agencies or vendors as needed. This role also ensures consistent brand positioning and data-driven decision-making to strengthen Novem Invest’s presence in the investment and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management, with a track record of leading digital strategies and campaigns. Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to define target audiences, identify opportunities, and inform data-driven decisions. Experience in Public Relations, including managing brand reputation, media outreach, and strategic communications. Proven leadership experience in senior or executive marketing roles within financial services, investment, or technology-driven organizations. Ability to develop and manage digital marketing budgets, KPIs, and performance dashboards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messages. Experience working effectively in remote, cross-functional teams and managing external agencies or partners. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
