Role Description The Vice President of Digital Marketing is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the digital marketing vision for Middle East Jobs Updates. This role oversees multi-channel digital campaigns, including social media, email, search, and content marketing, to drive platform growth, user engagement, and brand awareness across the Middle East. The Vice President of Digital Marketing will lead market planning initiatives, analyze performance data, and optimize marketing strategies based on insights and market trends. Daily responsibilities include managing marketing teams and external partners, defining KPIs, overseeing budgets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also collaborates closely with product, operations, and editorial teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and user needs.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing Management skills to design and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing skills to understand audience behavior, regional trends, and campaign performance. Candidates should possess Public Relations skills to manage brand reputation, media outreach, and stakeholder communication. Experience in digital marketing leadership, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy. Proven ability to lead and develop distributed teams in a remote environment. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including familiarity with web and campaign analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage. Background in online recruitment platforms, job boards, or related industries is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
