Role Description The Vice President of Global Market Expansion will lead AL DURR’s international growth strategy, with a focus on scaling sustainable technology solutions across target markets in the GCC, MENA, and Africa. This is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying high-potential markets, developing entry strategies, and building commercial pipelines in coordination with technology partners and regional stakeholders. The position involves overseeing market and sector analyses, designing go-to-market plans, structuring commercial and investment frameworks, and guiding negotiations with clients, partners, and investors. The role includes managing cross-border projects from validation through deployment, coordinating internal and external teams, and ensuring disciplined execution aligned with AL DURR’s impact and performance objectives. The Vice President will also represent AL DURR in key industry forums, strengthen the organization’s global network, and provide strategic input to leadership on portfolio prioritization and regional expansion.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including market analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making for cross-border expansion. Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, such as understanding investment structures, project finance, and commercial deal frameworks in regional and global contexts. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including business development, relationship management, and contract negotiation with corporate clients, government entities, and partners. Candidates should possess Trading-related skills, including familiarity with cross-border transactions, commercial terms, and regulatory considerations in target markets. Candidates should possess Project Management skills, with experience leading multi-stakeholder, multi-country initiatives from validation through execution and scale. Extensive experience in international market expansion, preferably in sustainable technologies, infrastructure, or related sectors.
