Role Description The Vice President of Global Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and optimizing Ellusionist’s end-to-end operations across global markets. This role oversees supply chain activities, fulfillment, and logistics to ensure reliable delivery of products and an exceptional customer experience. The VP will design and implement operational strategies, drive process improvements, and establish performance metrics that support growth, quality, and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional leaders on strategic planning, managing complex projects and launches, and ensuring operational readiness for new products and campaigns. The role also involves building and mentoring high-performing teams, managing vendor and partner relationships, and leveraging data to inform decisions that enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Operational Excellence, with a track record of optimizing processes and scaling global operations. Strong background in Supply Chain Management, including inventory planning, vendor management, logistics coordination, and global fulfillment. Proven Strategic Planning skills, with experience setting long-term operational goals and aligning resources and initiatives to business objectives. Advanced Project Management capabilities, including leading cross-functional projects, managing timelines and budgets, and delivering complex initiatives. Leadership experience in a senior operations role, preferably in e-commerce, consumer products, or a fast-paced digital brand environment. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across time zones. Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in using analytics and operational KPIs to improve performance and inform decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus. Experience managing international operations and an interest in entertainment, magic, or creative consumer brands is highly beneficial.
