Role Description The 全球组织发展副总裁 (Global VP of Organizational Development) is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping and executing Bitpanda’s global organizational development strategy. This role leads initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capabilities, and build a high-engagement culture across all regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing frameworks for leadership development, succession planning, and performance management, as well as partnering with senior leaders to align organizational structures with business objectives. The position also oversees global employee engagement programs, analyzes people and organizational data to inform decisions, and ensures that organizational development practices support sustainable growth and inclusive working environments. Collaboration with HR, business unit leaders, and executive stakeholders is central to this role.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Organizational Effectiveness and design, including experience optimizing structures, processes, and culture for scalability and performance. Proven track record in Leadership Development and Succession Planning, with the ability to build global talent pipelines and leadership programs. Demonstrated experience in Employee Engagement, including the design and implementation of initiatives that improve motivation, retention, and workplace experience. Advanced skills in Performance Management, including setting frameworks, aligning goals, and driving continuous feedback and development. Extensive senior leadership experience in organizational development or HR within international, fast-growing companies, preferably in fintech or technology. Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, including comfort with people analytics, insights dashboards, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures, functions, and levels of seniority. Experience leading remote and distributed teams, and commitment to building inclusive, non-discriminatory, and psychologically safe environments. Relevant advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial. Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
