Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for the Vice-President of Marketing for North America. The role is responsible for defining and executing the North American marketing strategy to support business growth, brand positioning, and customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include leading market planning activities, overseeing market research initiatives, and directing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The Vice-President will manage the regional marketing team, collaborate with sales and business leaders to align marketing programs with commercial objectives, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all markets. The role also involves overseeing public relations efforts, managing agency and vendor relationships, optimizing budgets, and tracking performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to translate insights into effective strategies. Strong background in Marketing Management and Marketing, including leading multi-channel campaigns and overseeing brand initiatives. Experience in Public Relations, managing media relationships, corporate communications, and reputation-building activities. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders in a regional or global context. Ability to develop and manage budgets, analyze marketing performance data, and use metrics to inform decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Experience in B2B services or related industries is highly beneficial; familiarity with testing, inspection, or certification sectors is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Comfort working in a remote, international environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
