Role Description The Vice President of Marketing Operations is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for building and optimizing the marketing engine that supports Verb Living’s luxury real estate and investment offerings. This role oversees all marketing operations, including campaign planning, budget management, performance analytics, and process optimization across digital and traditional channels. The Vice President will design and implement marketing automation workflows, ensure data quality, and align systems and tools to drive qualified leads and strengthen brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional marketing projects, collaborating with sales and leadership to define growth strategies, managing external vendors and agencies, and establishing standards for content, digital campaigns, and reporting. This position is expected to provide strategic guidance while staying hands-on with execution and continuous improvement of marketing operations.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Marketing Operations and Project Management, with the ability to design scalable processes and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency in Marketing Automation platforms and related tools, including building workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and performance tracking. Deep experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing, including campaign strategy, channel optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams, collaborate across time zones, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in real estate, investment services, or other high-value, client-focused industries is highly beneficial. Proven track record in senior marketing leadership roles, with responsibility for budgets, KPIs, and executive-level reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage. Strong analytical skills, comfort with CRM and marketing analytics tools, and a commitment to continuous improvement and ethical, inclusive practices.
