Role Description The Vice President of Operations and Sales, North America is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations and driving revenue growth across the region. This position leads operational planning, process improvement, and resource allocation to ensure effective delivery of coaching and training services. The role manages North American sales strategy, including pipeline development, client acquisition, account growth, and customer retention. The Vice President collaborates with executive leadership to set goals, align operations and sales initiatives, and ensure the organization meets financial and performance targets. Daily activities include monitoring key metrics, coaching team members, coordinating cross-functional projects, and representing Great Bay in strategic client and partner conversations.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management skills with experience improving processes, systems, and service delivery. Demonstrated P&L Management capability, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. Customer Service expertise with a track record of building long-term client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction. Strategic Planning skills to define market approach, set goals, and align operations and sales activities with business objectives. Project Management experience to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver outcomes on schedule. Background in professional services, coaching, training, or B2B consulting is highly beneficial. Proven leadership experience managing distributed or remote teams and influencing stakeholders at executive levels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision makers. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage. Comfort working in a growth-focused environment, with adaptability, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative mindset.
